Yes, I looked at this earlier this evening. If you follow the links through, there's a video where the orchestra, conducted by John Storgårds, plays through the fragments. It certainly has the whiff of late Sibelius about it, whether or not it's actually part of the 8th Symphony or not...

They sound wonderful I think - fascinating ...

(I don't know what's going on with that cellist throughout the third fragment though - highly inappropriate - he looks as if he's never had a more tedious job to do in his life. )
